Glow Binge is Cafe Binge's first course & is to be thought of as an 11-day (online) intuitive beauty retreat. This experience is focused on balancing, flowing and unblocking things on an energetic, physical, mental and spiritual level. This course is meant to help you tap into your divine light, worth and purpose. When you recognize the light within you, you will GLOW. You will be absolutely magnetic!

This beauty retreat is a collection of lessons + holistic beauty rituals that are meant to aid in an inner "glow up." There are TWO lessons a day, for 11 days (however, they can be taken at your leisure, whenever you want). When you shift internally, the external world naturally shifts as well. The energetic informs the physical world.

This course is the byproduct of Amy's (Cafe Binge's) experience of playing with energy to manipulate beauty. This is her exploration/findings after realizing the lit-from-within GLOW she sought, could never be purchased at Sephora. The glow, was actually, LIT from WITHIN.
